Traditionally builders, developers and owners have created an open pathway for the incumbent telephone service provider (Ameritech) and franchise cable operator (Comcast or Charter) to bring in and sell their services. They come in via a right-of-way or easement to the property and offer little or no revenue share with the property owner. NeX3 works with the property owners in the early project phase to reduce initial capital costs to the Developers and architects for future technology services. As a PCO (Private Cable Operator), NeX3 is free to develop a customized service package tailored specifically to the property. Pricing is established with the owners or management team and a complete revenue share program is created providing new, permanent revenue stream never before available.
NeX3 is also capable of taking over existing monopolistic systems owned by the incumbents (Comcast, Charter, etc...) by applying applicable FCC laws which allow PCOs like NeX3 to connect up to existing cable already in the development. In fact, this is often much easier to do than working with a new build since the building cable is already in place!
NeX3 is a turnkey PCO provider where we design, install, promote, operate and maintain every service we provide. There is no incremental cost to the property developer or owner. NeX3 funds 100% of all cabling and electronic components. Project management, design and installation coordination is also provided throughout the implementation of our services. Sales and marketing commences as the property opens. All systems are operated and supported by NeX3 personnel. Lastly, NeX3 handles all aspects of the billing process, customer service as well as customer support all with a single phone number!
